We urgently need to replace the gas pipe network located in Clapham Road. The old metal pipe will be replaced with new plastic pipe to ensure that we continue to provide a safe and reliable gas supply to your community.
Our contractor Forefront Utilities will start work in Clapham Road on Monday 28 October for approximately six weeks.
Clapham Road – junction of Bedford Road
For the duration of our work here, motorists will not be able to turn into Bedford Road at this junction. A signed diversion will be in place.
Landor Road – junction of Bedford Road
Work will start at this junction on Monday 28 October for approximately four weeks. We will need to temporarily close the road at this junction to allow for storage of essential equipment.
Clapham High Street - junction with Bedford Road
Work will begin on Monday 28 October for approximately four weeks. during this time, road users will not be able to turn into Bedford Road. A signed diversion will be in place.
